With experience spanning 30 years in the life sciences, Angeline Pacy, MSc (Dip) has a passion for excellence in health advising, medical communications, and research. As UNIMED Clinical Research & Advisory (UCRA) CEO and the Director of Healthcare, Scientific & Communications Operations, she offers the industry strong expertise within medical communications services, including the development of healthcare provider and patient education materials, training, presentations, public speaking, and compliance, as well as one-on-one and group health and wellness programs that boost product safety and patient outcomes. She is available for consulting and industry partnerships.

RESEARCH

Angeline provides her expertise for research programs in areas such as clinical and regulatory medical writing (eCTD), medical publications, non-clinical and compliance writing, editing, and document/regulatory submission quality control reviews. Her research services also include patient chart, systematic, and literature reviews. In addition, her surfactant products were declared novel by OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Research experience across functional areas includes gene therapy across a variety of genetic and acquired diseases, psychiatry, diagnostics, and oncology. 

She is also an experienced liaison in the anti-aging space, educating both healthcare providers, scientists and patients on transformative regenerative and anti-aging therapies.

Medical communications (e.g., publications) experience includes anti-aging and regenerative medicine science coupled with novel research products, medical devices, and medicinals, as well as neuropsychology, neurology, pain management, inflammation, dermatology, metabolism, nutrition, and more.

LIFELONG LEARNING

Angeline’s lifelong commitment to teachability inspires the delivery of quality services. She obtained a graduate diploma in Applied Behavior Change (Nutrition & Wellness concentrations), and graduate-level training in immunology, statistics for management, histology, and various clinical research areas. She currently studies doctorate-level research techniques within a graduate diploma program in Advanced Research Techniques while also pursuing a diploma in Mental Health & Stress Management.

UCRA Leadership Today
Angeline supports various charitable health organizations and initiatives, formerly serving as an ILADS scientific conference volunteer and a volunteer congressional delegate, artist, speaker, writer, and vocalist for organizations like the ALS Association. As a public speaker and former Toastmasters International Distinguished Club President at MIT, she is a certified competent communicator trained in communications, adjudication, mentoring, and leadership, experienced in leading, hosting, and taking part in club- and district-level leadership meetings. She enjoys using her expertise for clients, leading and providing UCRA services in training, on-demand meeting facilitation, and public speaking, etc.

TRANSFORMATIVE TRAINING

As a formally trained and certified health advisor in key lifestyle medicine areas, Angeline is equipped in the latest tools and research in sleep management; gut restoration nutrition; toxicology; detoxification; and training skills in applied behavior change that focuses on a variety of wellness and nutrition areas. She also has over 40,000 direct care and coaching contact hours.

In addition, Angeline enjoyed studying biotechnology techniques, as well as BioPsychoSocial classes, researching the ways in which biological, psychological, and social systems inter-relate. This includes medical applications for Systems Theory and Hans Selye’s Stress Theory. Angeline has a 4.0 GPA in coursework completed through a regionally accredited Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences program, where she builds up her foundation in pre-med studies, in areas such as healthcare leadership, ethics, diagnostics, and pathophysiology, in preparation for possible professional or doctorate studies. 

Angeline’s early education was conducted in North America’s top public schools, graduating from Acton‑Boxborough Regional High School (Massachusetts’ highest-ranked school system at the time), R. J. Gray Junior High (ranked in the top 10 schools in the U.S.), and Tulsa Community College (ranked North America’s top community college).

Angeline enjoyed living, traveling and researching in Europe and throughout North America for inspiration in her “Create Your Very Own Health Oasis Right at Home” program. She uses these important medical anthropology concepts and integrates the insights into her health promotion programs and campaigns.
